The maestro of illusion art Odeith, a Portuguese artist, uses his skill with spray paint to produce amazing apparent depth on flat objects. It’s impossible to believe the outcomes are only painted illusions since they look so real. In one of his most recent achievements, he disassembled a school bus and turned its cement framework into an abandoned storehouse. This incredible sculpture is creating quite a stir on the internet since it is so lifelike.
At first sight, Odeith’s bus looks like an abandoned car taking up an empty spot, yet it really fits perfectly in the otherwise desolate surroundings. You don’t know this is a work of artistic genius until you take a quick look at the “before” photo. A closer look reveals the true level of technical talent needed to pull off such a feat.
To start, Odeith teased his fans by sharing a picture of the block-shaped building and asked them to predict what he was going to do with the paint. His admirers were in complete awe as he revealed his masterpiece in just three days. Unmatched attention to detail is shown by the graffiti artist, who even went so far as to paint the bus’s correct shadow on the wall to correspond with the sun’s path through the roof hole.
Images of the project in progress show how Odeith creates the illusion by using black spray paint to define outlines and show where perspective lines should meet. However, even when you can see how the piece comes together, you can’t help but be amazed at the accuracy and precision with which Odeith creates his artwork. Odeith has clearly established himself as the best illusionist working in the graffiti industry today.
