As the temperature decreases, we must shield our dogs from the frigid conditions. Some people are unaware that dogs, like people, may become ill from the cold.
But some kindhearted people go over and above to shield animals from bad weather. A bystander shared the adorable photos of a dog owner’s amazing approach to pet care on Facebook.
It was a windy and cold day in Cambridge, Massachusetts, last month. Kristina Hollie was waiting with a colleague at a bus station close to Harvard Square.
While she waited, she saw a woman walking her dog. The stranger chained the shivering puppy to a tree so she could dash into the post office.
But it was obvious that the dog was shaking from the extreme cold. Then, the owner showed the dog a great deal of kindness by lending him her jacket!
Kristina clarified, “She took off her jacket right away and covered the dog while he sat.” “Maybe she bent down and zipped it up around him because she thought he would kick it off.”
Upon seeing the good gesture, Kristina thanked the woman for looking after her dog: “She just answered, ‘Thank you! I want him to be warm, not chilly.
Kristina shared the pictures on the Dogspotting Facebook group, where they received hundreds of likes.
The dog was still waiting for his owner outside when Kristina got on the bus, but she saw that he seemed happy and comfortable.
She clarified, “I noticed two or three other people walk by him and remark on how adorable and warm he looked.”
I appreciate this woman watching caring for her dog and keeping him warm in the winter!
